Lifestream Bowel Biotics Aloe Soothe is a natural solution for soothing and settling the digestive tract and assisting healthy bowel function. Aloe Soothe contains Slippery Elm bark and Aloe vera to naturally soothe and prebiotics and probiotics for maintaining healthy intestinal bacteria and a healthy bowel.

Slippery Elm:
The inner bark of Slippery Elm is well known for its soothing effect on the digestive system. It is particularly useful for sensitive or irritated mucous membranes in the digestive tract. Slippery Elm also has important antioxidant properties.

Aloe vera:
Aloe vera is soothing to the lining of the stomach and intestines and supports smooth and natural digestion. It helps maintain healthy intestinal bacteria, assists in the healthy functioning of the digestive tract and naturally supports the immune system. The aloe preparation is from the gentle inner gel (inner leaf) only.

Prebiotics and Probiotics:
Inulin is a gentle soluble fibre which has prebiotic properties. Prebiotics help increases the number of friendly bacteria in the bowel which is important for a healthy functioning bowel. Inulin also assists the healthy functioning of the immune system and provides gentle fibre to assist regular bowel movements.

Aloe Soothe contains 5 strains of beneficial probiotic bacteria which include Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria. Probiotics (beneficial bacteria) help maintain a favourable balance of friendly bacteria in the bowel.

How to Use 

Adults mix 1 heaped teaspoon (3.65gm) in a glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately. Take twice a day.

Best taken on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before food, and 2 hours away from medication.
