Artemis Breastfeeding Tea is a traditional recipe for a good supply of milk and nourishing support of mother and child.

Artemis Breastfeeding Tea:

How to use

Start taking after birth or when required. Enjoy 2-3 cups daily as a nourishing, mineral-rich health drink. Suitable throughout the lactation period. This soothing tea can be given directly to babies for digestive comfort. 

For breastfeeding mother: drink 3-5 cups daily
Babies: to directly support the baby’s digestive health
Infants: 5ml of made up tea 3x a day
6-12 months old: 10ml of made up tea 3x a day
Over 12 months old: 20-30ml of made up tea 3x a day

Preparation

Take 1 level teaspoon (1g) per cup, place into a plunger, china pot or infuser, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain well.
